Strategic. Disciplined. Human.

Work with Kirsty

I work with people and organisations in the middle.

The middle of growth.
The middle of change.
The middle of decisions that shape what comes next.

This is where clarity matters most - and where the right person in the room changes everything.

I bring strategy, structure, and the discipline to execute. Not from the outside looking in. From inside the work, beside the people who are building it.

  • For CEOs, founders, and executive teams ready to move with clarity and intention.

Some leaders need a strategist. Some need an operator. Most need both - in the same room, at the same time.

That is where I work best.

I operate in two ways depending on what the organisation needs most.

As a CEO or Executive Leader, I step in and drive. I take the wheel on strategy, culture, and organisational direction. I make decisions, hold the vision, and build the conditions for a team to do their best work. This is not advisory from the outside. It is leadership from the front.

As a Chief of Staff or Senior Right Hand, I step in beside the leader. I hold the operating rhythm, translate strategy into execution, manage the cross-functional view, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I am the person the CEO actually relies on - trusted, high-agency, and always two steps ahead.

In both modes, what stays constant is the combination: strategy built with precision, culture protected under pressure, and execution that actually lands.

    This work looks like:

    • Designing the operating rhythm so the leadership team moves fast and stays aligned

    • Building strategy from vision to plan to measurable outcomes

    • Organisational design that reflects where the business is going, not where it has been

    • Holding the cross-functional view - spotting gaps, solving problems, keeping things moving

    • Driving culture as a deliberate discipline, not a side conversation

    • Being the trusted voice in the room when it matters most

I bring high agency and low ego. I pick up half-formed problems, ask the right questions, and bring people along for the journey. I am as comfortable in a boardroom as I am in the operational detail.

The result is not just a better-run organisation. It is a leadership team that thinks clearly, moves decisively, and builds something that holds.

  • Perspective at the table.

I serve as a non-executive director for organisations where governance, culture, and long-term strategy are taken seriously.

I bring the kind of contribution that comes from having sat in the operator's chair - not just the advisory one. I know what it costs to make a hard call. What it takes to hold a team through uncertainty. And what good governance actually looks like when it is being tested.

My particular strength is governance – building the structures, rhythms, and accountability frameworks that let leadership teams make good decisions consistently, not just in good times.

    As a director, I contribute:

    • Independent challenge that is grounded in real operational experience

    • Governance that enables growth, not fear

    • Clear decision-making frameworks in complex environments

    • Strategy that connects the boardroom to the people doing the work

    • Culture held as a board-level responsibility, not delegated away

For organisations not yet at the board stage, I also work in a strategic advisory capacity – bringing the same rigour, perspective, and long-term thinking in a more flexible arrangement.

Boards matter because the long game matters.

  • For the rooms where real conversations need to happen.

I bring two decades of building, leading, and starting over into every room I walk into. The experience of an entrepreneur, the discipline of an executive, and the honesty of someone who has lived the messy middle - not just studied it.

These sessions move people. Not because they are motivational. Because they are true.

I speak to corporate leadership teams, executive communities, conferences, and universities - anywhere leaders are ready to think differently about what they are building and who they are becoming.

    Four keynote themes:

The Power of Perspective The decisions that change everything rarely feel like big decisions in the moment. This session explores how the lens you bring to leadership shapes every choice, every culture, and every outcome.

Dare to Become What if the next chapter looks nothing like this one? A conversation about courage, identity, and what it actually takes to step into the version of yourself the work requires.

Embrace the Journey Life is not linear. Growth is not neat. This session gives leaders permission to stop performing progress and start building something real.

The Messy Middle The middle of growth. The middle of change. The middle of decisions that shape what comes next. This is where the real leadership conversation begins.

One session. One theme. Or a curated series built around where your people are right now.

Available for corporate events, leadership days, conferences, and universities in FY27.
